Presenting and Registering

How do I submit an abstract for the conference?

Visit our Submission Page to select the type of submission you wish to submit. We accept abstracts for 15-minute oral presentations, 5-minute emerging trend oral presentations, and poster presentations.

As a presenter, do I need to register for the conference?​

Yes, all oral, poster, emerging trends, symposium, and workshop presenters are required to register in full for the conference.

Can I attend the conference without presenting?​

Yes! We welcome all attendees regardless of whether you are presenting or not.

When will submission decisions be communicated?

Decisions on submissions will be communicated in mid- to late-March 2024.

In-Person Format

What is the format of the conference?

We are extremely excited to host an in-person conference this year at Hartpury University! Unless there is a UK government-imposed international travel ban to the UK, we will provide remote online attendance.

Will I need to have transportation from the hotel to the conference venue?​

While there is lodging available near the conference venue on the Hartpury University campus, other lodging options are available 5+ miles from campus. Find information about transportation options for non-campus lodging here.

Will travel grants be offered?​

ISAZ is offering Student Travel Awards and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Awards in 2024. The deadline for these awards is 17:00 PST on Thursday, 01 February 2024. To learn more about these awards and apply, visit the ISAZ Awards Page on the website.

What are the visa requirements to enter the UK?​
