PRESENTER ATTENDANCE

Standard Oral, Poster, and Emerging Trend Presentations: I confirm that the Presenting Author will register in full to attend the conference by April 12, 2024 if this submission is accepted.

Symposium Presentations: I confirm that the Chair, Discussant, and all Presenting Authors will register in full to attend the conference by April 12, 2024 if this submission is accepted.

Workshops: I confirm that the Workshop Organizers and Presenters will register in full to attend the conference by April 12, 2024 if this submission is accepted.

PERMISSION TO PUBLISH

Standard Oral, Poster, and Emerging Trend Presentations: I give ISAZ permission to publish my submission description, abstract, and author information in conference proceedings.

Symposium Presentations: I give ISAZ permission to publish my submission description, abstracts, and author information in conference proceedings.

Workshops: I give ISAZ permission to publish my submission description, workshop organizers and presenters information in conference proceedings.

PERMISSION TO RECORD

I grant ISAZ the necessary permissions and rights to transcribe, reproduce, and distribute a recording of myself and my presentation in complete or partial form. This may include posting of the recording on the ISAZ website, or on other video hosting websites which may include, but is not limited to, YouTube. I acknowledge and understand these materials may be used for both commercial and/or non-commercial purposes.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

The ISAZ Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency, and is applicable to the ISAZ 2024 conference.

  • Conference registration cancelled on or before 15 May 2024, is refundable but subject to a $50 (US) administrative fee.

  • Registrants cancelling after 15 May 2024, will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.

DELEGATE CODE OF CONDUCT

By registering delegates sign up to the behavioural code of conduct. 

  • Must not advocate or incite hatred, spread intolerance, maliciously cause offence, engage in acts of violence or call for breaking the law

  • Shall not encourage, glorify, or promote any acts of terrorism

  • Be mindful of the risk to cause offence

  • Engage in welcoming behaviour to range of communities

  • Keep movements restricted to the designated conference areas and public foot paths
